How would a typical day’s diet of JWOWW look like?


The breakfast always started with one of the above mentioned energy shakes followed by a cup of organic coffee which was mixed with 1 tbsp. of coconut oil and 1 tsp. of organic cinnamon. This as mentioned earlier, helped speed up the metabolic activities of the body.
