HCG Phase 1 Detox

Some HCG weight loss plans call Cleansing / Detoxification as phase 1. This is entirely an optional phase which may take up to 30 days, depending on what detoxification and cleansing protocols you follow. This phase is not needed for the HCG diet to be successful. But few dieters prefer to detox and cleanse their bodies before starting the actual strict HCG diet. With this, the dieters plan to get rid of all the toxins and clear up within. HCG Phase 1 Load Days

You may also actually gain weight during this phase. But don’t panic as it will reduce quickly starting the phase 2. Also, remember to begin HCG dosing. Make sure you follow your dosing instructions accurately and administer your doses at the same time every day.

HCG Diet Guidelines Phase 1

Eating whatever you want, especially fatty foods doesn’t seem to be logical when starting a diet. These feelings are natural but follow it religiously. During the loading phase, it is very important to consume lots of high-fat food. This is because it helps your body to start processing fat as its primary source of energy. HCG Phase 1 Exercise

During the HCG diet, you can see a considerable amount of weight loss with very little or no exercise at all. Some plans recommend absolutely no exercise. According to Dr. Simeons, only light exercise such as walking and light biking is good. Also, you should do these exercises at low intensity and for fairly short periods of time.
