Here is the HCG approved food list for phase 2 for vegetarians.
Breakfast – tea or coffee in any quantity – 1 tbsp of cows milk 11 cals per day. The only sweet allowed is stevia with brands such as Sweetleaf, KAL, and NOW. Truvia is not pure stevia and can inhibit weight loss
Lunch & Dinner – Any one item from the following section. Preferably different choices for lunch & dinner.
One serving of protein
MRM 100% Natural Whey (any flavor)
SunWarrior – Raw Vegan or Warrior Blend *Vegan
Jay Robb Whey (any flavor)
Garden of Life Raw Protein (any flavor) *Vegan
Cottage cheese* (1/2 cup no fat) – 75 cal
One whole egg + 3 egg whites
Tofu – 1 serving must have between 75-140 calories and between 15-21g protein with < 5g fat and <5g carb
Protein Powder: 1 scoop of protein powder = 1 VLCD serving of protein. Other protein powders must be 5g of carbs or less per serving and sweetened only w/ stevia or xylitol.
One serving of vegetables – choose only one veggie per meal (raw or cooked) without any mixing. Eat till you are satisfied or till you have achieved 500 calories for the day. This includes both portions of protein. You can measure them based on the cal count below.
Lettuce – any (2 cups raw = 15 cals or 4 calories/oz)
Spinach – 3 cups raw = 21 calories or 6 cals/oz
Asparagus – 2 cups aw = 54 cals or 6 cals/oz
Cabbage – 2 cups raw = 44 cals or 7 cals/oz
Tomatoes – 1 cup cherry = 18 cals or 5 cals/oz
Tomato – 1 medium = 22 cals or 5 cals/oz
Cucumbers – 2 cups = 32 cals or 3 cals/oz
Chard – 2 cups raw = 14 cals or 5 cals/oz
Onions 1 cup raw = 64 cals or 11 cals/oz
Beet greens 2 cups raw = 16 cals or 6 cals/oz
Radishes – 2 cups raw = 40 cals or 4 cals/oz
Celery – 2cups raw = 32 cals or 4 cals/oz
Fennel – 1.5 cups raw = 40 cals or 9 cals/oz
Chicory – 2 cups raw = 15 cals or 6 cals/oz
One of the following fruits – 2 servings a day but not in the same meal 4-6 hours apart
Apple (1 medium/3″ diameter) – 95 calories
Orange (1 medium/3″ diameter) – 70 calories
Grapefruit (1/2 medium) – 52 calories
Strawberries (10 1/2 inch) – 40 calories
One grissini breadstick or one melba toast
Beverages: Spring water, Mineral water, coffee and tea – any amount of quantity at any time. Drink no less than 75 ounces of water per day. Aim for one -half of your current weight in ounces of water per day.
The juice of one lemon (12 calories) is allowed a day. seasonings are allowed except pre-mixed spices as they have sugar. Brands such as Bragg’s Liquid Amino acids, mustard (water, mustard seed, vinegar, and turmeric), Frank’s Original Hot Sauce, and Spry Xylitol gum or mints (1.2 calories each).
It is important to eat 3.5-ounce servings of protein a day.
1. You can eat the breadstick, fruit as a snack between meals instead of making it part of your meal.
2. Do not eat fruit by itself at breakfast. Pair it with one of your two daily portion of protein.
3. No OTC drugs should be used (except aspirin).
4. use oil-fee cosmetics
5. No products that contain food oils
6. Eat everything as recommended. There are no substitutions
7. No sodas (be it diet or regular0. Perrier is allowed – only naturally carbonated drinks. No seltzer.
8. Only Thai massage is allowed. No other types of massages are allowed.

1. Walk or do yoga for an hour or as often as possible.
2. Listen to stress reducing CDs.
3. Sweat for 20 minutes in a sauna as much as possible.
4. Get 15-20 minutes of sun daily.
My suggestion is that you go with the HCG injection brands online that are way better than clinics…
You will lose weight gain easily if you stick to increased portions of P2 foods with added fat. If you ate anything that did not go well with you, you will gain weight. I gained 1 lb from a little bit of yogurt.
Keep your foods as clean as possible and understand all the ingredients. You can add “ONE” new ingredient at a time every 2-3 days and see how it goes. GO SLOW as it is a crucial factor of the diet!!!

A Sample Diet for a Typical HCG Loading Day
First in the morning, weigh yourself and then take the first dose of hcg. Then begin with the loading foods.
Breakfast: Spread fatty cream cheese onto a bagel. Cook bacon, sausage and then follow it with a ham & cheese omelet.
Midmorning Snack: Spread whipped cream on a donut, or you can also get one from Krispy Kreme. Add some strawberries if you feel like you can fit them in.
Lunch: Have a pork chop as the main dish with a baked potato and sour cream on the side. Try a roll with butter and/or some veggies with plenty of butter.
Afternoon Snack: Ice cream with Oreos. You can also get a large shake from your favorite fast food place.
Dinner: Cheesy garlic bread. Salad with avocado and full-fat dressing. Indulge in scrumptious Cheesecake for dessert.
Late Night Snack: You can have more ice cream, a frozen cappuccino, or a bag of potato chips. Then go to bed and look forward to your next HCG loading day.
Many of the HCG diet food lists focus completely on the 500-calorie phase. In fact, they ignore loading completely. This list is the perfect example of standard HCG diet plan.

The main vegetables to avoid when stabilizing are the vegetables high in starch. A few examples of these vegetables include:

Are you taking your HCG injections every day? If not, that could be the reason. But then wit the low-calorie diet you still should have lost few pounds. I guess it’s better to hold the HCG diet for now. But first, tell us if you do you any underlying health condition? Get a thorough checkup and only then implement the HCG diet after proper consultation from the health practitioner.
Yes, you probably hit a nerve which is one of the main reasons why you are bleeding. Do not panic while injecting and take your time by implementing the shot slowly rather than quick shot.

hCG diet works optimally if injected every day. Weekly once of HCG injections might not work properly. You can read the HCG Pounds and Inches book by Dr. Simeons where he mentions that HCG works in full form only if injected daily.
Besides, HCG clinics are always expensive and cost way more than online retailers. It is best to self-administer from reliable online HCG brands such as Nuimage Medical or iHCG injections that are considered best brands in the US.
It says on the internet that if you take an HCG shot (for fertility), the hormone takes around 10-14 days to completely eliminate from your system. Hence, it is advised not to test for pregnancy during this period as the results will be false positive. While they will be using 10,000 units a day but still….
Probably, this is one of the reasons phase 3 is prolonged for three weeks since the body is sensitive to fats caused by HCG & also that if you add the carbs you will gain weight immediately.

Choose a site for your shot. Wipe the are using alcohol pads and let it dry. Do not administer on wet skin as the alcohol might trigger more pain.
There are four sites to administer subQ hcg injections.
1. Upper outer arm
2. The Hip area
3. The Abdomen &
4. The Thigh
The best time to take HCG injection is first thing in the morning, probably after the shower. This way you can make it part of your routine thus less likely to forget about it as you will be following the routine every day.
Always clean your hands before you use the HCG supplies. Ensure that everything is organized for easy administering without giving too much thought into it. You will need:
A) 2 alcohol pads
B) 1 to clean the syringe and the other for HCG vial.
Roll the hCG vial slowly between your palms. Make sure that the solution is mixed and the HCG is dissolved properly. Do not shake it vigorously. Rolling between the palms makes hcg warm as per the room temperature. Take an alcohol pad and wipe the top of the hCG vial. Draw back the syringe aspirating air to the hcg vial. For example 30 on the syringe. Pierce the hCG vial and inject the air into it. Pick up the vial and hold it upside down in one hand. Use the other hand to slowly draw back on the syringe and draw up to the 30 mark with the hCG.
Inspect the vial to make sure that hCG is mixed properly. Don’t shake the vial. If needed, just move gently once or twice that too if necessary. Take a new syringe. Clean the top of the bottle using an alcohol wipe again. Remove the plastic cap and insert the needle tip into the vial. Invert the vial and draw the necessary dosage. Flick the syringe lightly to remove any air bubbles.
Hold the skin around the injection site firmly using your thumb and forefinger to anchor it. Using a firm and quick motion, push the needle all the way into the skin. Pull back slightly on the plunger and check for blood in the syringe. If at all blood appears, this indicates that the needle has entered a blood vessel. Remove the needle immediately and discard the medication. Release the skin and push the plunger down, injecting the medicine.
Remove the needle from the skin. Discard the needle and syringe correctly. If the site is bleeding, apply pressure for a minute or two. Apply an adhesive bandage to the site.
1. Always inject into the buttock. Divide the cheek into four areas and inject only into the upper outer quadrant. The sciatic nerve runs down the middle of the buttock and can become very painful if the injection is too close.
2. If at all, the needle touches anything it is not supposed to, throw it out and start all over again.
3. If the area around the injection reddens or swells, inform your doctor immediately.
4. Don’t shake the vial to mix the medication.
NOTE: If the needle becomes detached from the syringe while it is still in the skin, just grasp the end and pull it out and start again.
Relax….the potency is still intact. Freezing it won’t in any way ruin the potency. 🙂
It’s probably the low-calorie diet that is causing gastric issues. Try antacids like Mirilax. They really help!!! 🙂
