All I need is one simple list of Phase 2 hcg diet food list that covers everything. Obviously protein must be high w/o sugar or starch. Sadly you cant even have too much fruits as they are high in sugar. Then what is the correct food list?

ORIGINAL HCG DIET PROTOCOL
Beverages and Sweeteners Allowed on the Original HCG Diet
Protein Foods: 100 grams of any one of the following at lunch & again at dinner:
Fresh white fish
Vegetable Foods: One type of vegetable at lunch & one at dinner:
1 breadstick (grissino) or one melba toast
Fruits Allowed: One at lunch & one at dinner:
1 handful of strawberries

This is the NEW HCG Diet Food List, as referred to by Dr. Oz. There are slight variations when compared with the original food list.
Any kind of lettuce, spinach, beet greens, chard, cabbage
White Fish (no salmon, etc)
Extra lean beef (96% lean ground beef including pot roast)
Drinks & Other
Herbal Tea (sugar free)
Braggs Liquid Amino (healthy soy sauce variation)
Apple Cider Vinegar
Any natural herb or spice including salt, pepper, and garlic
Phase 2 Food Rules
For the hCG diet 1 bread stick or Melba Toast = 1 Serving. You are only allowed 1 serving per meal
All proteins must be weighed on your scale.
Crab meats (imitation) are NOT ALLOWED since they have high carbs.
